Description: This is a heavy (18.000 lbs) ocean-going vessel. Modified fin keel, spade rudder, Cutter rig. This vessel has brand new, CDI rollerfurling , New standing and running rigging , New GPS Echomap 50, New Raymarine Autopilot. New C-Head, a composting toilet, These systems have been installed and only used twice to be tested. Two new large solar panels, New 1600W inverter, 2 large new AGM batteries, New Victron 602 computer to tell you the state of battery charge. New charge regulator. New Bilge pumps, etc. All lights have been changed to LED, and any other upgrades. This boat is in West Palm Beach, Fl. and ready to go cruising.
As you come bellow, the very roomy galley to starboard, a private cabin for two in port side, further forward a nav station and a large saloon with collapsible table. You can make a double bed in the saloon. Forward and with full privacy you have a wash basin to port and across a compost head and shower. Forward a very roomy v-berth. The cockpit has an Edson Wheel, and a fresh water shower to cool off in the evening or when you come from a swim.
Equipment: Engine: Yanmar 3 cylinder, 27HP, a new Centrex engine muffler, recent oil analysis indicates the engine is in great shape and does not show unusual deposits of aluminum, brass or iron, indicating little ware. This engine is fitted so it can be manually started!!
Electronics: An Icon VHF radio, Garmin ECHOmap 50 with new 8 pin transducer(2013). This is a GPS and sonar system for the depth with depth alarm.
Head: This boat is fitted with a new C-Head. This is a compost toilet. No thru hullsRigging: Just changed all standing rigging. All cables new on Nov 1013, New halyards, Self-tailing winches, Self tacking staysail, The owner build a structure to place 4 solar panels, attach shade, attach bicycles, and even a light dinghy.
Galley: Got rid of the kerosene stove and placed a butane stove. Modifications to the galley area have resulted in a much improved galley storage area.
